Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

2. Operations-oriented human resources professional with a diverse background, creative thinker with exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills, well versed in all areas of business operations, with an independent, highly adaptive business sense and strategic management style. Highly effective at developing solutions to processes and workflow concerns; highly motivated to increase productivity, while maintaining positive morale and a team attitude. Action focused project manager who delivers results.

3. Hire, train and supervise production employees, such as Machine operators, helpers and others.

4. Provide training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols.

5. Responsible for managing HR staff of factory, and duties for employee safety, health, facility staffing, and

maintaining high employee morale.

6. Designed, planed, and implemented human resource policies and procedures.

7. Administered corporate policies relating to compensation, employee relations, training.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
