1. Work on recruitment and talent acquisition
2. Take care of all day-to-day HR operations
3. Build HR processes from scratch and constantly improvise on the existing ones
4. Assist in the daily tasks of other departments, such as analytics, business operations, and business development
5. Work on employee engagement - including employee celebrations, birthdays, festivals, etc.
6. Handle the HR operations, employee life cycle management, onboarding, leave & attendance, probation evaluation, and performance management
7. Bring new HR practices to boost the morale of employees
8. Work on driving company policies and processes
9. Work on being the cultural ambassador of the company
10. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
11. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
12. Work on being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Skills & requirements:
1. 1 to 2 years of experience in human resource management
2. A degree in HR management or a relevant course
3. A high energy can-do mindset
4. Should be fluent in English
5. Startup mindset
6. Demonstrable leadership abilities
7. Solid communication skills
8. Familiarity with human resources management systems
9. Experience with full-cycle recruiting
