We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, contributing significantly to our HR initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management (Mandatory skill)
Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant HR experience
Proficiency in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Solid understanding of HR policies and practices
Strong conflict resolution skills to handle employee grievances effectively
Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating communication, and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback
Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
Administer onboarding procedures to integrate new employees smoothly into the company
