Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Hotel FMCG sector to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, training, and development, as well as implementing HR policies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
Coordinate performance management, employee development plans, and appraisals.
Manage and improve compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent.
