Preparing statutory registers statewide under all applicable labour laws.
Applying licenses under labour Act throughout PAN India like Shop Registration,Trade license, CLRA License, 365 days working exemption certificate, maintaining records in electronic format exemption certificat
Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws: Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act , Payment of gratuity Act
Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
PF, ESIC, PT calculation challan generation and remittance.
To Make sure the organisation complying as per state labour laws.
Liaising with various departments and authorities.
