About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. HR management:
-Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
-Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and oversee employee benefits management.
-Manage performance evaluations, employee promotions, salary increments, and disciplinary actions.
-Foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations, and mediate conflicts.
-Handle payroll processing, manage employee attendance, leave policies, and employee retention strategies.

2. Operations management:
-Oversee daily office operations.
-Manage workflow coordination, and task assignments, and monitor timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.
-Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business strategies.
-Implement and monitor budgeting, operational costs, and cost control measures.
-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper office maintenance.

3. Training and development:
-Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs.
-Organize workshops and opportunities to upskill employees to align with company goals.
-Facilitate orientations and training sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

4. Recruitment and onboarding:
-Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and company websites.
-Conduct interviews alongside department heads and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Organize onboarding sessions, set up workstations, and ensure new hires have all the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

5. Employee relations and conflict resolution:
-Maintain an open-door policy to encourage employees to raise concerns.
-Investigate and resolve employee complaints confidentially and fairly.
-Mediate conflicts between teams or employees and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
