1. Should have min 2+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
2. Should have worked on the versions from NAV 2009 to D365 Business Central
3. Should have completed at least 2-3 full life cycle implementation (full life cycle = general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, budget, cash flow, SCM, inventory, and manufacturing)
4. Should have done at least 2-3 upgrades/migration projects and have good knowledge of MS implementation methodologies
5. Exposure to VAT, HR, Payroll, LS Retail, and MS CRM is desirable
