Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
Lead Conversion: Skillfully engage potential customers over the phone, delivering persuasive sales pitches and addressing their queries effectively to convert leads into sales and admissions.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Incentive Earning: Be motivated by the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance
Review and Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Plus Two and above
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
