Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make 300 outbound calls daily to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Maintain a high standard of customer interaction and answer incoming queries politely.
3. Explain product features, services, and benefits effectively to generate interest.
4. Schedule follow-up calls, resolve customer concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Maintain records of calls, customer information, and the status of calls on the company's CRM.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer outreach, lead generation, and conversions.
7. Report daily activities and progress to the team lead/customer support manager.
