Acuver Consulting is looking for a highly energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Write and post technical job descriptions.
2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter/Recruiter.
3. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
4. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GitHub
5. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
6. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
7. Coordinate with the hiring manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
8. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
9. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
