The field sales executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting them into customers. This role requires active engagement in the field, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation & sales:
a. Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
b. Visit clients in the field to showcase products/services and close sales deals.
c. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
2. Customer relationship management:
a. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
b. Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction post-sales.
c. Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing/potential clients.
3. Reporting & documentation:
a. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
b. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer details in the CRM system.
c. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and areas of improvement.
4. Product knowledge:
a. Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
b. Communicate product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
c. Attend sales training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
5. Territory management:
a. Manage and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
b. Plan and execute field visits to maximize sales opportunities.
c. Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.
6. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and promotional activities.
b. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
1. Proven field sales experience in industry/product.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
5. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
7. Self-motivated and a goal-oriented mindset.

9. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
