Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Talk to parents or adult learners after they have attended a demo class
2. Aim to meet and exceed weekly sales targets
3. Invite parents or adult learners to join a video counseling session
4. Conduct detailed video counseling sessions with decision-makers to help them decide to buy
5. Manage the entire sales process from the first contact to final enrollment in the program

Requirements:

1. You'll work with leads who have already attended a 1-hour demo class
2. Receive thorough training through both classes and hands-on experience
3. Experience rapid growth in your role and salary
