The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing top-tier service to our clients. As a retail sales executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by offering expert product knowledge, personalized service, and effective solutions. Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer engagement: Actively greet and engage customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on premium bathroom fittings, lights, and tiles.
2. Work on product knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products offered by M.V. Patel & Co., including features, benefits, and suitable applications.
3. Work on sales target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and solutions.
4. Work on showroom maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
5. Provide sales support: Assist customers with product selection, processing orders, and ensuring smooth transactions.
6. Follow-up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
7. Utilize basic computer skills: Use computers to check stock availability, process transactions, and generate sales reports.
8. Work on team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and productive showroom environment.
