As a resource mobilization executive, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of endangered wildlife species. You will work closely with donors, sponsors, and partners to raise funds and support for our conservation projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets.
2. Cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors to secure financial support.
3. Identify and pursue funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate partners.
4. Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our conservation work.
5. Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the public and raise awareness.
6. Monitor and analyze fundraising performance to optimize strategies and maximize donations.
7. Collaborate with the communications team to promote our fundraising initiatives through various channels.

Today, the organization has evolved to actively work towards protecting Indian wildlife, conserving habitat, studying biodiversity, conducting research and creating alternative and sustainable livelihoods for erstwhile poacher communities or those communities that depend on wildlife for sustenance.
