We are looking for a dedicated Tele caller to join our team, handling campaign and survey calls from home. This role requires following a prepared script to engage with customers professionally and meet performance targets. Candidates should have a quiet workspace, necessary technical setup, and be available to work from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST. After the final interview, selected candidates will complete a 1-day training session followed by a 5 days probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct campaign and survey calls using a provided script to maintain consistency and professionalism.
2. Engage effectively with potential and existing clients to gather responses and meet campaign objectives.
3. Address customer inquiries based on the script and escalate any non-scripted questions as needed.
4. Accurately document call details, customer responses, and outcomes.
5. Follow up with leads when required to achieve set performance targets.
6. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
7. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and performance reviews.
Training & probation period:
1. 1-Day training: Training session to cover job duties, script handling, and call techniques.
2. 5-Day Probation Period: Assessment period following training to evaluate performance and script adherence.

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
