Social Media Marketer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to engage with the target audience.

2. Post Scheduling & Posting:
- Follow the predefined social media action plan and schedule posts across all platforms.
- Ensure that content is posted consistently and at optimal times to reach the intended audience.

3. Community Engagement & Monitoring:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Engage with followers, answer questions, and maintain a positive and interactive community atmosphere.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide monthly reports on engagement, reach, growth, and other key metrics, and make suggestions for improvements.

5. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Support the implementation of social media campaigns (organic and paid).
- Optimize social media content and campaigns for better performance based on analytics and feedback.

6. Stay Up-to-Date:
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure toys' social media strategy remains innovative and effective.
