1. Identify and connect with potential clients to introduce Monarch Web World's services using provided online phone system, WhatsApp, and official email
2. Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize incentives
4. Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided
5. Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs
6. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager
7. Document client interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline
8. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients
9. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or related industries)
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5. Availability to work full-time during the mentioned working hours
