As a language interpreter (Nepali), you will play a vital role in enabling effective communication by bridging language barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Real-time interpretation: Provide accurate interpretation services over phone or video calls between English-speaking clients and Nepali-speaking individuals.
2. Facilitating conversations: Assist in a variety of sectors such as healthcare, legal, financial, and customer service by translating conversations with clarity and professionalism.
3. Document assistance: Help clients by interpreting the content of documents or official communications when required.
4. Maintaining confidentiality: Handle all interactions and information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
5. Adhering to guidelines: Follow company-provided protocols and guidelines to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This role requires strong language skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
