1. Generate leads through multiple sources, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and more
2. Develop a pipeline of new business by identifying and preparing for growth opportunities
3. Contribute to pitch presentations and actively pitch to clients to acquire new business
4. Coordinate with the team and founders to develop new offerings, increasing revenue from existing clients
5. Conduct competitor analysis to monitor competitors' activities and strategize to acquire their clients
6. Provide management with client and market feedback
7. Conduct research and build digital marketing strategies, including audience, brand, and category research
8. Map potential business deals by contacting potential clients and exploring new opportunities
9. Record and maintain information on closed business, ongoing projects, and more in the agency's in-house systems
Requirements:
1. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command over language and fluency
2. Demonstrate an ambitious and aggressive approach towards sales
3. Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a PR agency, media company, media agency, or digital marketing agency
4. Exhibit diligence, persistence, and strong follow-up capabilities
