Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensure that the quality of education delivery is consistently maintained across all classes.

2. Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between educators and students of assigned batches, providing assistance and support as needed.

3. Query Tracking and Payment Management: Keep track of queries from educators and students, as well as ensure timely payment processing for educators to maintain an efficient accounting process.

4. Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback data from students and educators to identify trends and areas for improvement in class quality metrics.

5. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments of class quality, providing detailed feedback to educators to facilitate continuous improvement.

6. School Visits: Visit schools in Mumbai on a weekly basis to ensure alignment of classroom activities with quality standards and provide on-ground support as necessary.
