1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
7. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
9. Creative and resourceful in sourcing and attracting top talent
10. Passionate about finding the right fit for both candidates and the company culture
