Operations Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with team to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Track the progress of ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Communicate daily updates and detailed reports to management.
4. Follow up with team to ensure that all assigned tasks are progressing as per plan.
5. Identify bottlenecks or issues and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track.
6. Manage and maintain documentation and records of all activities, including work completed and pending.
7. Assist in closing projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed, and no pending task are left.
