Dobby Ads is seeking talented 'Motion Graphic Designers' to join our client's dynamic and growing team located in Pune. This is an in-office role for individuals with a passion for creativity and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and delivering visually compelling assets that align with the brand's goals and identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and develop compelling visual stories by conducting thorough research and understanding project goals.
2. Create detailed storyboards to effectively illustrate the narrative and gather required assets for video production.
3. Use After Effects to animate storyboards, incorporating dynamic animations, effects, and seamless transitions.
4. Enhance the overall visual quality by applying basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Education and experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, VFX, computer graphics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Candidates who have recently graduated in the current year or last year are eligible to apply.
Additional Details:

Please note : Regardless of experience there will be three (3) months of probation for this role.

2. Proficiency in motion graphics and After Effects, with a proven track record of creating visually stunning animations
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
