About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in researching and identifying potential leads through online channels, social media, and industry databases.
2. Help with initial outreach to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
3. Support the team by entering and maintaining lead data in the CRM system, ensuring records are up to date.
4. Assist in qualifying leads based on basic criteria and help pass on high-quality leads to the sales team for further engagement.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help align lead-generation efforts and learn effective strategies.
6. Help send follow-up communications to leads, keeping them engaged in the sales process.
7. Participate in training sessions to understand lead generation best practices and enhance your sales skills.
8. Assist in tracking lead generation metrics and reporting performance to help optimize outreach strategies.

Other requirements

4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a willingness to learn.

5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Positive attitude and enthusiasm to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

7. Organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 6,15,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /year
