Management Trainee (Talent Acquisition) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze the job description, understand client requirements, and source potential applicants
2. Call applicants from the domestic region to discuss client requirements
3. Assess applicants' skills and experience for the defined role
4. Negotiate pay/salary and other employment terms for current and future job requirements
5. Submit potential applicants to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules
6. Coordinate with applicants and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
