Bangalore (Hybrid)
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
3. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
4. Strong communication in any 2 of the languages - English is mandatory and 2nd language can be Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil.
5. Ability to handle queries, and rejections, and maintain a positive attitude.
6. Familiarity with telecalling software, IVRS, and CRM tools.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
