Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough business research to understand client needs and industry trends
2. Utilize social media marketing to attract potential candidates and promote job openings
3. Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
4. Collaborate with team members to analyze data and provide insights on recruitment strategies
5. Utilize MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel to track and report on recruitment metrics
6. Engage in negotiation and problem-solving to secure top talent for our clients
7. Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities for growth
