Inbound Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers seeking information about products
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on their needs, such as toys for schools, preschools, or businesses
3. Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers
4. Highlight the value of toys and tailor offerings to meet client-specific needs
5. Guide leads through the sales process, addressing queries and overcoming objections
6. Convert inbound leads into orders and close sales effectively
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for inbound sales
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on orders, managing expectations, and resolving any post-sales issues
9. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status
11. Provide regular updates on sales progress to the Sales Manager
