1. Working on research into the marketplace for hiring the best resource
2. Sourcing the right candidates from the database and the job portals
3. Taking telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates
4. Working under close coordination with the team lead/team managers
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
