Key Responsibilities:

1. Student career development:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
- Organize aptitude and personality development classes to improve employability. Provide guidance on industry trends and required skills.

2. Industry collaboration and networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry leaders to create job and internship opportunities.
- Arrange campus recruitment drives, handling logistics and coordinating between students and recruiters.
- Attend job fairs and HR meetings to keep up with recruitment trends.

3. Placement Coordination:
- Oversee the placement process, from inviting companies to final job offers.
- Work with faculty to understand students' skill levels and match them with suitable roles.
- Maintain records of placement activities and success rates for ongoing improvement.

4. Internship program management:
- Promote and coordinate internships that align with academic programs.
- Work with companies to set up internships, arrange interviews, and monitor students' progress.
- Gather feedback from employers to enhance program quality.

5. HR-related responsibilities:
- Regularly gather feedback from students to identify training needs.
- Manage a database of alumni and employers for networking and placements.
- Develop and update policies on attendance, discipline, and internships to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, including equal opportunity standards.
