Human Resource Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Must possess basic knowledge of Human Resources.
2. Open to freshers or candidates with 0-2 months of internship experience in HR and recruitment, or those who have completed an HR internship.
3. Source candidates through various job portals.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and conduct regular follow-ups.
5. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters, and assist with salary negotiations.
