This role involves attending to guests politely and dealing promptly with their requests and queries, being one point of contact for guests, and providing assistance and help throughout their stay. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction from guests on a daily and report to the shift supervisor.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure all standard operating procedures and local operating procedures are adhered to and carried out.
2. Welcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes inquiries (e.g. local attraction/dining reservation) and feedback.
3. Maintain up-to-date information on service rates, current promotions, offers, and packages.
4. Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
5. Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
6. Collect guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
7. Coordinate and multi-task job duties in a busy environment. Perform basic cashier activity, and coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance, IT, and admin staff.
8. Maintain guest lockers for safe custody.
9. Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
10. Follow the rules and policies laid down by the management.
11. Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
