Ecommerce Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
2. Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks
3. Monitor and update product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance
4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the online shopping experience for customers
5. Generate reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights for improvement
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute innovative ideas for growth
7. Communicate with customers via phone/chat and respond to calls in a professional and timely manner
8. Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy before reaching the customer's address
9. Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system
10. Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions in the event of out-of-stock items
11. Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to the customer's order at the time of pick-up
12. Assist in training new e-commerce team members
13. Meet or exceed productivity standards
14. Perform essential job functions of the position
