Job Description:
Uboard India Ltd is looking for an 'Aftersales Executive' to join our team. The Aftersales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions post-sales, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer support:
Handle red phone queries related to product issues and after-sales services.
Address customer complaints by scheduling visits to inspect the issues.
Provide solutions to customers' product-related concerns efficiently.

2. Complaint resolution:
Manage and resolve complaints within specified timelines.
Ensure thorough investigation of the problem and appropriate action for resolution.

3. Ticket management:
Raise tickets for customer issues in the system and follow up until resolution.
Monitor ticket status and provide regular updates to customers.

4. Coordination with technical teams:
Work closely with the technical and service teams to resolve product defects or malfunctions.
Ensure timely availability of spare parts for replacements.

5. Customer visits:
Conduct customer visits when necessary to assess and resolve product-related problems.
Prepare reports after customer visits outlining the issues and steps taken.

6. Feedback and reporting:
Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience post-service.
Report key customer service metrics and improvement areas to the management.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: Graduate in any discipline.

2. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in aftersales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Skills:

- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

-Should be a good listener with high levels of patience, politeness, and calmness while interacting with customers.

-Ability to manage complaints and provide quick resolutions.

-Knowledge of raising and managing tickets in service systems.

-Willingness to travel for customer visits as required.

-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Google sheets, etc.).

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 14,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,64,000 /year
