MrMed is looking for customer care executive to assist its customers for order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a Patient Sales Executives, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the single point of contact for order tracking and all sales support to customers on chat and call platforms.
2. Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth.
3. Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep customers updated regarding their order status.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Provide product information and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand benefits and usage.
6. Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
7. Educate customers about new products and promotions.
8. Assist customers with the order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
9. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
10. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
11. Escalate issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management.
12. Provide follow-up support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
13. Ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and effective resolution of their concerns.
14. Demonstrate a temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner.
1. Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
2. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,80,000 /year
