Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and oversee daily orders across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
2. Generate and print packing slips for all orders, verifying accuracy for seamless packaging
3. Coordinate with the order preparation team to ensure all items are ready for shipping each day
4. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on each platform to maintain a positive brand presence
5. Track order statuses and manage any issues that arise, collaborating with the team to address and resolve them quickly
6. Assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and reduce delays in order fulfillment
