Client Success Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboard and train clients by providing comprehensive training on diamonds and jewelry to enhance product knowledge (initial training will be provided to the candidate)
2. Build and maintain client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction
3. Manage client accounts by acting as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, needs, and goals
4. Monitor performance metrics to track client usage, engagement, and identify areas for improvement
5. Develop case studies to help clients effectively grow their business
6. Solve problems proactively by anticipating challenges and providing timely solutions to prevent churn
7. Collect and implement feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience
8. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align client needs with company offerings
9. Encourage renewals and upselling by identifying opportunities for contract renewals and additional services
10. Handle escalations effectively to ensure quick resolution and maintain client trust and satisfaction
11. Maintain reports and documentation to keep accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions for continuous improvement

Note: Diamonds & jewelry training is a must.
