Business Development (Sales) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Finding leads to pitch to
2. Making changes in the presentations to present to potential clients
3. Approaching the clients the company shares with you for a sales
4. Attending meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions
5. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
6. Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
7. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
8. Updating documents and sales records
9. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
10. Observing and carrying out sales processes
11. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
12. Assisting managers with negotiations
13. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
