About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Selling the company's products and services, effectively conveying their usability and advantages to clients
2. Identifying opportunities to enhance sales and benefit clients
3. Explaining various products and services to clients in a clear and relatable manner
4. Providing exceptional services to international clients
5. Maintaining sales reports, records, and important documents for international clients
6. Engaging with active foreign clients and exploring new business opportunities
7. Participating in international sales meetings, seminars, and conferences to boost sales
8. Developing creative sales initiatives to improve the organization's financial gains.
9. Leading and guiding the sales team
10. Ensuring the attainment of sales aims, objectives, and targets for the sales section
11. Modifying products and services to meet the requirements and preferences of international clients
12. Ensuring sales and supervisory functions are executed correctly, within budget and time constraints
13. Meeting sales quotas and financial targets

1. Possess strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills

2. Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels

3. Excel at understanding prospect requirements and conveying them internally

4. Demonstrate creativity in engaging with new prospects while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor

5. Exhibit organizational skills and a data-driven approach to measure and scale the sales process

6. Build rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships

7. Thrive on continuous learning, constructive feedback, and are open to coaching

8. Display self-driven, resilient, and persistent qualities, with a problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach

9. Understand B2B SaaS products and the decision-making process within SMB/mid-market enterprises

10. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM applications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
