We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented 'Business Development Executive' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and networking
2. Pitch marketing solutions (PR, events, MICE, digital marketing, and influencer marketing) to potential clients
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
4. Create and deliver proposals and presentations
5. Close deals and manage the sales process
6. Track and report on sales performance
7. Meeting with potential clients and partners by visiting the market physically
The candidate must have:
1. The negotiation skills
2. He/She needs to be prompt with the client handling.
3. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
4. Good communication to deal with clients and other stakeholders
5. Must be creative and passionate about marketing by heart and mind.
6. At least one year of agency exposure
7. A bachelor's degree

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Days: Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays
Location: Dum Dum, Kolkata
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
