About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls.
2. Reach out to the assigned leads over the phone promptly.
3. Give a product demo over a video call (Google Meet/Microsoft Teams).
4. Help them understand the product, answer their questions, and suggest how our product could help them.
5. Convert & drive sales to meet targets.
6. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in CRM.

This is a full-time role. In this role, you will be working 6 days a week with Saturdays being work from home.

Other requirements

1. Preferred 1 year of previous sales experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.

2. Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Good presentation skills over video calls.

5. Good with basic software like Google Suite/Google Meet/MS Office, etc.

6. Candidates should have an Android smartphone. If they dont have one, they should buy one at their own expense.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
