We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Professional (ISP) to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in driving sales by prospecting for new leads, qualifying them, and converting them into paying customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
2. Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their needs.
3. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
5. Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
4. A strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
