Your role will involve reaching out to leads, providing information about our products and services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing them to our offerings.
2. Building rapport with customers and addressing their queries and concerns.
3. Providing accurate information about products and services to generate interest and drive sales.
4. Following up with leads to ensure timely closure of sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Achieving daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
6. Updating customer information in the database and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to optimize strategies and enhance overall performance.
