1. Generate and maintain daily Excel reports, accurately recording transactions in Tally for the account manager
2. Manage sales inquiries and client accounts in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf ) industry, demonstrating an understanding of client needs
3. Understand each client's specific needs, prepare daily bills, and proactively follow up on payments to ensure timely collections
4. Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client orders
5. Maintain and update customer records and data in both Excel and Tally software for seamless tracking and reporting
6. Address customer inquiries promptly, providing clear and helpful responses to resolve any issues or concerns

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year
