1. Counsel parents of 6 Years to 17-year-old kids on course selection, focusing on robotics, app development, IoT, embedded systems, etc., based on their interests and academic goals
2. Analyse customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches
3. Present and pitch concepts to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
4. Follow up with students and parents post-demo to address queries and encourage enrollment
5. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
6. Provide insights into the benefits of courses like robotics, app development, IoT, embedded systems, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counseling, sales, or a related role
3. Experience counseling students in grades 5th to 10th and their parents is a plus
4. Experience selling educational programs, particularly in robotics, app development, IoT, embedded systems, etc., is a plus
5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to work from the office in Noida
7. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
