Sales Representative key responsibilities and duties:

1. Generated leads through cold calling, networking and advertising
2. Coordinate with Factory for customer order material ready status
3. Coordinate with Logistics Department for customer order dispatch status
4. Coordinate with Accounts Department for customer advance payment
5. Follow-up with customer for outstanding payment status
6. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, marketing seminars, receptions and exhibitions
7. Maintained customer database in ERP
8. Answered client question about credit term,products,prices and stock availability
9. Need to attend client meeting at office or customer place to evaluate needs or promote products and services
10. Achieving High sales targets and goals
11. Ensuring quotations are submitted to clients on time, and negotiating contracts
12. Ensuring successful and timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
13. Developing of new business and identifying areas of improvement for existing clients to meet sales quotas in addition to identifying new clients
14. Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
15. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Director
