Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Sales Coordinator for Banquets to join our mid-level team in Hyderabad. The role is full-time and requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in a relevant field.

Qualifications and Skills
Event planning experience with a proven track record of organizing successful events (Mandatory skill)
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle client requests and feedback effectively (Mandatory skill)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and staff (Mandatory skill)
Strong sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
Effective negotiation skills to manage client expectations and finalize contracts
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously
Problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently and effectively as they arise
Keen attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate banquet events from inception to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met
Liaise with clients to determine their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
Handle event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and coordinating with vendors
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Assist in marketing and promotion of banquet services to attract new clients
Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts, with clear terms and conditions
Ensure all financial aspects of the event, including budgeting and invoicing, are managed effectively
