Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Ex-Army Admin with a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and will bring a high level of organization, attention to detail, time management, communication, and adaptability to the role.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative support functions.
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures striving for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders for effective communication and workflow.
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation in compliance with company policies.
Train and mentor junior administrative staff to enhance their skills and performance levels.
Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and other financial documentation for administrative activities.
Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data and information.
Resolve conflicts and handle escalations efficiently to maintain a harmonious work environment.
