The 'Event Operations Coordinator' will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of SEES events, with a focus on seamless execution. You will help manage large-scale events like Mommyfest India, and clients like Nestle, AWS, and GoodWeensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for SEES events, including venue and vendor management.
2. Vendor sourcing and ideas for event pitches and budget preparation
3. Oversee on-ground event operations during the event day.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of event plans.
5. Manage vendor communications and logistics timelines.
6. Create event reports and handle post-event evaluations.
