We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Vadodara, Surat, Navsari, Vapi, Gandhidham, or Junagadh. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work experience in direct sales, with a strong understanding of the banking, medical, and financial services sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional sales skills (mandatory skill).
Strong marketing knowledge to support sales plans and initiatives.
Experience in field sales, particularly within the financial services or banking sector.
Previous experience in FMCG sales can be an advantage.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
